Managing Director Selection

The positions of Managing Director sought in accordance with the Organizational Structure are as follows:

1. Managing Director of Business (C-DRB)
2. Managing Director of Business Development (C-DPP)
3. Managing Director of Credit and Risk Management (C-DMR)
4. Managing Director of Finance, Operations, and Information Technology (C-DFO)
5. Managing Director of Secretariat, Compliance, and Human Resources (C-DSL)

Candidates/applicants are only allowed to choose a maximum of 3 (three) positions.

To become a Managing Director of the Indonesian Eximbank, you must meet the following qualifications and requirements:

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Indonesian Citizen (WNI);
2. Physically and mentally healthy;
3. Loyal and obedient to the State and Government of the Republic of Indonesia;
4. Capable of performing legal actions;
5. Possess integrity, leadership, good behavior, and high dedication;
6. Have at least a Bachelor's Degree (S-1);
7. Have expertise and experience in one of the fields within the scope of the Indonesian Export Financing Agency, including but not limited to expertise and experience in economics, banking, international trade, and/or law; preferably having held an executive position;
8. Not listed on the Disqualified List issued by the Financial Services Authority;
9. Have never committed a criminal act of crime or corruption;
10. Have never been declared bankrupt or served as a director or commissioner found guilty of causing a company to be declared bankrupt;
11. Not currently serving as a political party official;
12. Not directly or indirectly involved in activities of treason against the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI);
13. Not deprived of voting rights based on court rulings; and
14. Candidates for Managing Director are prohibited from having familial relationships up to the second degree with fellow Managing Directors and/or members of the LPEI Board of Directors.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Not holding concurrent positions as members of the board of commissioners, directors, or executive officers in other companies and/or institutions;
2. Not owning more than 25% (twenty-five percent) of the paid-up capital in other companies either individually or jointly;
3. Not having non-performing loans and/or financing;
4. Not being a controller, member of the Board of Directors, or member of the Board of Commissioners of a legal entity with non-performing loans and/or financing;
5. Possess a Level 7 risk management certificate (or equivalent) issued by a Professional Certification Agency at the time of undergoing the OJK Fit and Proper Test;
6. Willing to undergo background checks;
7. Willing to participate in assessments by professional institutions.

DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS

Each candidate for the Board of Directors must attach the following administrative documents:

1. Curriculum vitae;
2. Copy of Identity Card (KTP);
3. Copy of diploma from a State/Private University;
4. Copy of Level 7 (or equivalent) Risk Management certificate;
5. Health certificate from a hospital doctor;
6. Sign all Declaration Letters; and
7. Submit a Certificate or written proof from the bank/company/institution where you work as evidence of meeting General Requirements point 7.

The entire selection process for the Managing Director of Indonesia Eximbank is free of charge.

The decision of the selection committee for the Managing Director of the Indonesian Export Financing Agency is final and cannot be contested.
