Jakarta, October 4, 2022 — In the context of improving performance and services within the organization, LPEI is committed to enhancing good relationships among its employees to create a "APIK" work culture, ultimately leading to better institutional governance.
Based on assessments conducted by Kontan Media Business & Investment and Kinerja GML Consulting, LPEI, a Special Mission Vehicle of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, has received two awards: "Recognition in Employee Commitment & Recognition in Employee Satisfaction." These awards were announced through the Stellar Workplace Award® 2022 event on Friday, September 30th, in Jakarta.
The Stellar Workplace Award® 2022 is an award given to companies that demonstrate their commitment to improving the relationships among employees for the growth and sustainability of the company. LPEI is one of the 27 organizations that received these awards in the "Recognition in Employee Commitment & Recognition in Employee Satisfaction" category.
In this context, LPEI employees are recognized for their high commitment to the organization, their work units, and their tasks. Additionally, the employees are also evaluated for their satisfaction regarding self-fulfillment, development, and growth, as well as the rewards and facilities they receive during their service at LPEI. On the other hand, employee satisfaction is assessed based on aspects of teamwork and trust, safety and comfort, as well as the rewards and facilities provided by the institution.
Wahyu Wibowo, the Head of Compliance, Human Resources, and Transformation Office at LPEI, expressed his gratitude for the awards and hopes that the "APIK" culture will strengthen all LPEI employees in fulfilling their mission to boost national exports.
"APIK stands for Agile, Professionalism, Integrity, and Creativity, and it is currently our core values within the institution to improve performance and services, especially in carrying out our mission to support national exports," said Wahyu.
