Managing Directors

The duties of Managing Directors are:

• Assisting the Executive Director in conducting Indonesia Eximbank’s operational activities in accordance with Law No. 2 Year 2009.
• Assisting the Executive Director in institutional management affairs.
• Assisting the Executive Director in implementing Good Corporate Governance principles in all levels of institutional activity.
• Assisting the Executive Director in investigating audit findings, recommendations by the Internal and External Audit Task Force, and/or the Finance Ministry’s supervisory report.
• Assisting the Executive Director in forming guidelines and codes of conduct which bind the Executive Director and the Managing Directors.
