Data and information are in accordance with administrative and bookkeeping records owned and known by the Bank, therefore the Bank is not responsible for the validity, authenticity and correctness of the data and information if there is a difference between the available data and information compared to the actual situation.
Changes or differences in data and information which does not give the Buyer the right to file a claim against the Bank to pay compensation for all risks and consequences that may arise and be suffered by the Buyer as a result of such changes or differences.
Asset enthusiasts are considered to understand all the risks that arise in buying and selling transactions and will not make demands in any form to the Bank and/or its employees.
