Compensation and Benefit Officer

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Having knowledge of HR functions (pay&benefits) is a must
  • Excellent  people management and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to deal with different types of people at various levels
  • Required Skill(s): Tax, Accounting, Finance, Payroll management, HRIS
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel & Power Point savvy)
  • Responsible in payroll cycle every month and bonus reconciliation
  • Proven experience in managing compensation review process, pension contribution and other benefits received by the employees and creating human resources forecasting and budgeting
  • In charge in mandatory social security insurance or BPJS calculation
  • Provide monthly employee time attendance
